The Society has the necessary forms and can assist in filling out applications and verification of eligibility, please let us know of any interest during your clinic visit.

Blind Pension and Supplemental Aid to the Blind

To be eligible certain criteria must be met regarding degree of vision loss and financial status.

Eligible persons receive a monthly cash grant as well as state funded medical assistance.

Sight And Sound Impaired of St Louis [SASISTL]

Support group for individuals with a combined hearing and vision loss and their families.

Meets monthly on the 3rd Saturday morning each month.
