Cooking Classes at SLSBVI Coming This Summer! 

If you or someone you know is visually impaired and interested in improving or starting to learn cooking skills, we welcome you to contact us about this opportunity! A staff member can answer any questions and assist you in selecting the appropriate class for your skill level. 

Fundamentals of Cooking – 4 spots available 

Every Other Monday May 9th– June 20th 11:00- 1:00 

Basic Cooking Skills – 4 spots available 

Every Other Monday July 11th– August 22nd 11:00-1:00 

To attend all 4 classes in a session the cost is $20 a person. If possible, we ask that you provide your own transportation, however we can also arrange transportation when available through our new transportation program with a suggested $10 donation in some areas and $20 donation for farther destinations.
