Undamaged merchandise in original packaging can be exchanged for other items or refunded within 30 days from date of purchase. Credit card refunds can only be done with the original credit card used at time of purchase. Any items originally purchased by check will have a refund check mailed within 2 weeks. A refund check will be mailed within 2 weeks of return for any amount over $25.00.
For premium items, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the return.
